Hello, my name is Claudio Schalkwijk and I am the founder and face behind Mr. Schalkie. Mr. Schalkie is a catering business, that provides companies and events with delicious food catering, in the area of Amsterdam. The food that we cater is inspired by many different cuisines from all around the globe, but we mainly focus on food that gives you the feeling like you are at home.

PASSION FOOD
We use the term passion food, because we are food enthusiast and we try to show this in every dish we make. We get inspired, by every trip we do and every dish we eat, to create new recipes and implement them into our catering. We don’t limit our selves to a specific cuisine, since we are open to every cuisine there is and with that we want to provide the best culinary experience possible. When eating our dishes you can taste the flavours of the different countries we’ve visited.

QUALITY FOOD FROM AROUND THE GLOBE
We are the in-house caterer of Het Zandkasteel, the former ING building in Amsterdam Zuidoost and are also located there with our new production kitchen. We deliver meals to various companies and work with production companies. Our goal is to have more direct customers, to build strong long-term relationships with, since we at Mr. Schalkie believe, that the best service can be accomplished, when the customer trusts and believes in us.
